What destinations do you cover from the airports of Cancun (CUN) and Tulum (TQO)?
We offer private transfers to a wide range of destinations in the Mexican Caribbean, including Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Puerto Morelos, Akumal, Puerto Aventuras, Mahahual, Valladolid, and Merida. Also we can take you or pick you up at the ferry terminal for connections to the island of Cozumel, Isla Mujeres and Holbox.
How can I book a transfer?

Where do I meet my driver at the airport?
Our driver will be waiting for you in the designated area of the airport arrivals with a sign with your name or logo of Mr. Transfer for easy identification. You will receive detailed instructions in your confirmation.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor the flights, so do not worry if there is a delay. Please make sure you provide the correct information for your flight booking.
Does the cost of the ferry to the islands is included in the transfer?
The time varies according to destination, weather and traffic. For example, to Playa del Carmen takes 45 to 60 minutes, to Tulum from 1:20 to 1:40 hours, and Merida about 2 hours. We recommend that you consult the description of each destination, for more details.

In what areas deliver the equipment rental?
We deliver and collect the equipment directly in the hotels where they are hosted.
What are the shipping is free?
Yes, we offer shipping and collection FREE of any team in income 7 days or more.
What is the minimum period of rent of a team?
The minimum income for our teams is 2 days.
Is there a cost for shipping if you rent for less than 7 days?
Yes, for incomes of less than 7 days will incur a handling cost of shipping and collection, which will be specified at the time of your reservation.
How can I book a team?
You can select the desired computer in our section "Rental of Equipment" and follow the steps on-line reservation. We recommend to book in advance.
What happens if the equipment has a failure during my rent?
In the unlikely event of a technical failure not caused by misuse, please contact us immediately. Mr. Transfer will replace the equipment at no additional cost, or to search for a solution.
